You are required to ensure that all personal information held on your malwin Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including false date of birth, false identity documentation, or use of another person's payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
malwin is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, following significant deposit activity. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You may request to close your malwin Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. malwin will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded via your registered PKR payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remaining unfulfilled. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds through completed wagering will be forfeited upon Account closure.
malwin accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All Account Balances are held in Pakistani Rupees. malwin does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR deposits.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's malwin Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's network. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective banking institution. malwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Deposit page within your malwin Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by malwin at any time and may vary by payment method. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits on their Account will have those self-imposed limits override the standard platform limits.
All funds deposited into a malwin Account must be from a payment method that is legally owned by and registered to the Account holder. malwin will not accept deposits from third-party sources, including payment methods registered to another person. Deposits suspected to originate from unlawful activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated Account will be closed.
malwin does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
Withdrawals may only be made from a Player's Real Money Balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be approved and processed.
malwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes of approval. malwin applies a payment method matching policy: withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal of their funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by malwin are subject to these general bonus terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by malwin are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, excluded game categories (typically live dealer games and certain table games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all), and time limits will be specified per offer. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Real Money Balances are not affected by the expiry of bonus funds.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
